 Booking Conditions

The premises are to be used for holiday purposes only.

 You the hirer are responsible for the property and are expected to take reasonable care of it.

 Any damage, breakages or losses should be reported to us as soon as possible.

 The property will be available from 4pm on the first day and you are asked to vacate the property by 11am on the day of your departure.

 Siskin Lodge shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to any of the hirer’s belongings or for injuries sustained by you or any member of your party. 

 Smoking is not permitted on the premises.

 Payment

A deposit of 50% is required on booking.  The remainder, with security deposit, is due 4 weeks prior to your date of arrival.  Bookings for less than a week must be paid in full at the time of booking. 

 Insurance

We strongly recommend that you get full holiday travel insurance to cover medical problems, loss, injury or damage to yourself and your belongings, and cancellation insurance.  We accept no liability whatsoever for these events.
